As ambassadors, the HackBama team will be providing a free Python Crash Course presented by Jacob Weaber from CyberProtex, at the kick-off party for anyone interested to learn the basics of programming ahead of the event. HackBama organizers will participate in a panel discussion hosted by the ISACA Huntsville Chapter, Monday April 17th. The chapter's April Lunch-n-Learn event will be an opportunity to talk about all things mobile, from Pokemon Go API exploits to NFC assisted social engineering attacks. Greg Hanis will talk about Pokemon and the modding/API exploit scene during the game's peak last year. Seth Wahle will be performing a live demo of his NFC implant to get apk files downloaded into an unsuspecting Android phone owner. The panel will be moderated by Kevin Cedeño. Looking for volunteers to help with this awesome project. Creativity, curiosity, tenacity, and teamwork are all strong qualifiers for the CTF creators; if this sounds like you, consider joining or supporting our project today.
